What Makes us Famous?

ALL restaurants, no exceptions, would love to offer up “Something that makes them famous”!   Like the original “Irish Coffee” at the Buena Vista Cafe in San Francisco where your greeted with simply, “how many”, or the “I’ll have what she’s having” Pastrami on Rye Sandwich at the 125 year old Katz’s Delicatessen in New York City! We’re no different and as we dream of such longevity, we’ve been building our case 12 years and running with our Panko n’ Rosemary Crusted “Kurobuta” Pork Chop with Blackberry Gastrique and our Sauteed Escargot with Fresh Basil, Shaved Garlic and Truffled Crostini! Hot on their heels is our “LOVE” Martini”… a decadent Chocolate Martini with Godiva Vodka, Chambord, Frangelico, Cinnamon and World Famous Chocolatier Normon Love’s Dark Chocolate Shavings!  Oooh…a “Newbie” is making it’s case as well!  Our “HOLY MOLE’ ” Bone-in Ribeye is uniquely out of this world!
